Justification & evaluation

 This will be the last question in your exam 

It will be 18 or 20 marks - this makes up around a quarter of thr marks 

The examiner expects 2 pages - overall it should be minimum four paragraphs 

It’s crucial that you link your response back to the set brief 

The evaluation could test you on any creative or logistic documentation

Essentially it asks you why doing that piece of paperwork would be helpful or unhelpful for that project

Is not theory based

There must be some evaluation- discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of that method 

You show detailed knowledge of the method and where fits in the pre production 

Provide evidence to back up your reasoning- example of why it’s a strong or weak for that project or company 

You must use relevant technical terminology 

Strong SPAGC- this is an essay question 

Evaluate the effectiveness of using a swat analysis as part of thr pre production and planning process. Refer to the content from set brief to support ur answers 

Helps u split the brief into different peace’s which makes it easier to interpret , it helps for better planning , easy to interpret , lays out aspects of the brief , identifies what the clients want , , effective method of planning, enables you to focus on your own strength in response to the brief 

A pre production document that is useful is the visualisation diagram this is a useful pre production document for planning processes when creating a website such as my holidayplanner.com  as it helps give the client a visible feel for the aesthetic of the webs page , this is good as they can say if they like the style created and if they find visual pleasing and fits what they invisomed . Being able to clearly visualise a look and asthetic  is useful as it helps to prevent any confusion with design ideas as they can include annotations to make it clearer 

Another reason that a visualisation diagram could be a good pre production diagram for myholiday.com is because it isn’t time consuming, visualstatom diagrams is a pre production doc that doesn’t need to be in to much detail and can be a ruff drawing with some annotions , there for it make only take a coupe of hours to complete  , this is a strength of the pre production doc as it means that it won’t take to much time away from a production with a nearing deadline ,  and also won’t take to many personal to complete it as it’s an easy short task ,
